BEFORE YOU GO ANY FURTHER:

The onboarding setup needs to be complete and your site complete notification email should have been received.

If you haven't already done your onboarding form here, make sure that is done first.

Once you've received notification from us that the new site is available for you, now you can get a look inside:

Here's a video walk through of the front and back end for the system: https://www.loom.com/share/d5caeeca57274fdb9cf43599746b0684

Part 1

Accessing Your New SaaS Wrapper

In your new site notification email you would have received your new domain access url. This is normally "your subdomain ".rapidexecutive.com/admin

This is a temporary site while you finalize things and allows you to make updates before cutting over to your real domain. When you are ready to update the domain, check out the DOMAIN UPDATE documentation

You will have received your admin login for the site in the notification email as well. This is typically your sign up email address and the temporary password Ch@ngeme2

Part 2

Navigate Through Your Site

Your new site has a LOT of functionality. Don't worry, 90% of it you won't need just yet, you can go live with 1-2 quick updates that get you out of test mode. The other stuff is more advanced and will help you scale and grow in the future.

For now, the important things are listed in the Loom video at the top of the page.

We also put together a Quick Start Guide here.

Part 3

Find Your Way Through This Documentation

Thankfully, we have created a bunch of simple documents that will walk you through

As mentioned above, we have a Quick Start Guide available to get you from notification email that your site it up, to test what your customer will see - right to your first customer.

We put the 3 core functionalities that you will use next on the documentation dashboard at ghltools.helpscoutdocs.com. This section has the options you will likely use the most.

Then we have all the other items listed as per the menu you have in your dashboard, most of which you won't ever need but they are there for those ready to utilize some of the more advanced features of the platform.

Finally, there's a New Features List here that will be kept up to date showing you new functionality and changes that are made to the platform.

Part 4

Linking New Features In Custom Menu Links

One of the coolest things you can do with your new GHL Tools site is add features, via custom menu links, directly into your GHL account. One of the newest additions we've made here is the ability to add these so that your users no longer need to log into your GHL Tools site to access them, they work straight from the click!
As we add more features, new links will become available, but as a rule of thumb, use any internal direct link to features of your GHL Tools site with a ?location_id={{location.id}} on the end and we'll automatically log in your users to their location.

Part 5

Get Support

"If you can't do it yourself, get Nathan to do it!" Yeah, we're used to that one ;)

You can always hit the CHAT widget here on our site at get.ghl.tools/dashboard, inside this documentation, or in your admin section of your new site

Note: The icon in your site ADMIN is to contact us. If you purchased a full documentation and support package for your own site, the icon on your site's homepage and logged in users will see, will go to YOU, not us. Normally you can tell by it's different color.
