ADMIN: Terms Conditions Privacy and GDPR Settings

This article is for adding a COOKIE GDPR popup and a "Accept Terms" check box to your checkout sign up process. If you are looking for the Terms/Privacy links in your footer, these are updated on YOUR SITE, see that documentation here

Need to add a GDPR Statement or Accept Terms checkbox on Sign up?

In your /admin/settings ADMIN tab, you can switch on/off these options very easily.

GDPR Consent Box:

To turn this option on, click the Off to On.

To update your terms url, enter the full url for a 3rd party site, or /p/privacy for your local one. See note below on documents if you still need to add a privacy page.

To change the colors to match your site, or other, click the colored bar and select.

Click save and your options will be available:

Accept Terms Checkbox:

To swtich on your Accept Terms box on the checkout, simply switch Off to On.

Update your Terms url, (see note below on documents if you don't have this page yet)

Click save.

Your customers won't be able to checkout until they accept the terms.

There are services online you can get free, customizable (and binding) template terms documents you can add to your site. Here's an example:

You can create a TERMS, Legal agreement for SaaS, and Privacy Policy etc for your site, with your document names etc.

Your Wrapper has "PAGES" which you can add these via copy paste.

Each Page you create, will then be accessible from the "slug" you enter, with a /p in front. For example, if you set your Privacy policy as "privacy", then your link to get to that is /p/privacy. You will then add that link to the link settings here: https://prnt.sc/w261rl
