Impersonate A User

From time to time you may need to log in as a user to see what they are seeing within your account.

Rather than ask them for their password, you can just use the IMPERSONATE function in your Users tab.

Step 1: Click on USERS

Step 2: Find Your User

You can search by any details as it will find username, name, and email. Even partial parts of either.

NOTE: You cannot impersonate another ADMIN user.

Step 3: Click IMPERSONATE

Scroll to the right and click the IMPERSONATE button

Step 4: Impersonating A User

From he impersonate function, you are now able to perform all the functions of your user as if you were logged in as them, including helping them finish their onboarding, updating their password, and changing/cancelling their plans.

Step 5: Leave IMPERSONATE

NOTE: VERY IMPORTANT!! You cannot access your ADMIN while still in an impersonate session for your users. You will note that at the bottom of the screen. If you do you will receive a 403 Authorization error.

It is also important that you don't use the BACK button on your browser or close the browser until you click the LEAVE IMPERSONATE button. If you have accidentally done that, open your wrapper homepage, you will see the leave impersonate button again to be able to click it to restore normal sessions.
