ADMIN: Adding FirstPromoter Integration

We have a simple internal Referral system available, but if you are using many affiliates, with payouts, and want to automate and scale this function within your agency, it would be better to use a fully-fledged Affiliate Management System instead.

We have created a native integration to FirstPromoter to simplify this process for you.

You can even track across different sites if you have your sales pages elsewhere across the web.

Step 1: Create Your FirstPromoter account

You can create a trial account here at FirstPromoter: https://firstpromoter.com/signup

Step 2: Create Your FirstPromoter campaign

To create a campaign, follow the wizard when you log in. You can get more details from FirstPromoter on how to set this up: https://help.firstpromoter.com/en/articles/1574090-what-are-campaigns

Note, you don't need to add the "Script" code to your wrapper, so you can skip that step.

Step 3: Get Your FirstPromoter API and WID Keys

Click SETTINGS in the top right and access the INTEGRATIONS tab

**Update: FirstPromoter removed WID from this screen on most accounts in early December 2020. It's no longer needed.

Step 4: Add Your Keys to the ADMIN Tab in the Wrapper

Open your Wrapper and go to /admin/settings ADMIN tab

Enter your API key into the following

Click SAVE.

You will now be able to send your affiliates to your Firstpromoter Sign Up Page, they will create their link to your Wrapper (or sales page) with their referral code and we will send this data on conversion to your FirstPromoter account.
